The Redesigned Caro Hotel by Francesc Rifé Studio
It's been a while since you probably had some time off. Easter volition exist hither soon and with it a new opportunity to get away from everything and spend some relaxing time in a beautiful hotel such as this one. This is the Caro Hotel. Information technology'south located in Valencia, Spain and it has been recently remodeled by Francesc Rifé Studio.
View in gallery The hotel needed an update and a more modern look and the results are impressive, exactly as expected. Even though the idea was to bring some modern elements into the mix, the hotel had a lot of celebrated elements that deserved to be preserved. They are part of the hotel's amuse and history. As a upshot, the team of architects and designers working at this project had to detect a fashion of combining modernity with history in a unique and unexpected way.

View in gallery The façade of the hotel is a monument that dates back to the twelfth century so that had to exist preserved. Other like elements include the staircase from the primary lobby that dates from the early 19th century and the mosaic on the walls that is said to be the oldest in Valencia and that dates back to the 1st century B.C.

The hotel's contempo renovation included the remodel and addition of several modern elements. The effect was a unique fusion betwixt these elements and the original and unique details.
